Prince Norodom Ranariddh’s Remains to Arrive on Sunday

PHNOM PENH: The remains of Prince Norodom Ranariddh will arrive in Cambodia on Sunday. His half-brother, King Norodom Sihamoni and Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk has donated $120,000 on Thursday for the Prince’s funeral.

His body will be brought back home from France by a charter flight. Prince Norodom Ranariddh has succumbed to his illness on Sunday in France.

Prime Minister Hun Sen earlier announced that the Royal Government has organized a committee to arrange the funeral of the prince in accordance with the Buddhist and royal family traditions.
